Love Me Tomorrow
Plot / Synopsis
In the story, Piolo play as JC, a happy-go-lucky DJ who will find meaning in life when he meets Dawn’s character Cristy.
Meanwhile, Coleen is Janine, a young socialite who will cross paths and forges friendship with Dawn’s character – a married fashion designer. Coleen will also develop a no-label “connection” with Piolo's character.
This coming-of-different-ages film definitely shows how age doesn't matter this 2016.

Love Me Tomorrow Film Trailer Review
What can be said about Love Me Tomorrow official movie trailer? Well, it is one of those catchy romantic film for the more seasoned romantic film fans. It has that usual elements of a romantic film except with a small twist — the female protagonist being a mature woman (around her 50's) and the male protagonist as someone a lot younger (at his 30's). Well that is what the movie is trying to sell us, not that May-December has its complications, but the artists in the film as of that age.
Here is a little fact, did you know that Piolo Pascual is currently 39-years old as he was born in January 12, 1977, Dawn Zulueta is at 47-years old, and Coleen Garcia is 23-years old. With that in mind, the film wants its audience to believe that Piolo and Coleen is at the same age-group, with Dawn being the only more mature character in the love triangle. The question now is did star Cinema succeed in pulling this one off? Besides the tidbit I shared earlier, the film is your standard May-December love affair of a film with both the lead characters falling in love with one another with almost every secondary character seems to go against their "scandalous" and "unconventional" relationship. Add the element of a persistent third party (Coleen) who is going after the lead after a "one night stand" and a cynical daughter towards her mom's younger lover.
How about you guys? What do you think of May-December love affairs as themes for romantic films? Have you seen the film (as it is currently in theaters as of the writing of this blog)?
